    Product Description:
    EUBO EC-6220 Nano Conformal Coating is a fluorinated compound solution using a fluorine-containing solvent as the medium, providing water- and oil-repellent properties. Due to its very low surface tension, it offers protection against water, moisture, dust, oil, and chemicals, and can be used as a substitute for conventional “three-proof coatings.”

    Advantages / Features of EC-6220 Nano Conformal Coating:

    1. Rapidly forms a thin, transparent protective film (0.1–1 μm) on the workpiece surface.

    2. Extremely low surface tension (11–12 mN/m), easy to apply.

    3. Good material compatibility (plastics, metals, glass, and other surfaces).

    4. Effective water, oil, stain, dust, and chemical resistance.

    5. Fast drying at room temperature, improving work efficiency.

    6. Non-toxic, no flash point, high safety.

    7. Environmentally friendly: free of chlorine and bromine, does not deplete the ozone layer (ODP = 0), and has low global warming potential (GWP = 0, HGWP = 0.25).

    Usage Instructions:

    • Apply by brush or immersion coating.

    • Clean the surface before application and allow it to dry, then apply as described above.

    • Apply in a well-ventilated area; once dried, it has no adverse effects.

    • As a volatile product, seal the container immediately after use and store in a cool, dark place.
